We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to return an item.

We strive to make the returns process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers in United Kingdom.  

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Olander Shop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels.

Shipping costs for returns:

If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrectly delivered item and damaged or defective products), we will cover the return shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping costs for all other returns.
